Paramount (formerly ViacomCBS) reached out to Rize Reviews to get better product review information for its UK market and drive advertising decisions and other priorities. Our reputation management team manually scraped over 20 review sites for the required review data.
We then examined and reported more than 4,000 products in a spreadsheet format and used the data to create a brand new, custom dashboard that allowed the client to determine actionable insights and discuss new strategy directions with its leadership team.
