Our reputation management team launched email and SMS review requests to ER patients within one business day of the appointment to help the client generate more positive reviews and build a strong brand reputation. Since taking over its review generation campaign in April 2021, we’ve generated a 4.9-star rating at Google and a 4.5-star rating at Facebook.
We also send monthly reports and assist the client with its review response strategy to create a favorable brand image. The Family First ER team uses the Rize Reviews dashboard to streamline the review monitoring and response process across platforms.
