The client reached out to Rize with an overloaded marketing team that, among other tasks, was bearing the administrative burden of responding to a high volume of reviews from thousands of customers. The client needed a reputation management partner to help set up automated review generation and a full-service review response solution for its Google and Consumer Affairs reviews. Rize Reviews was tasked with responding to all incoming reviews within a 24-hour timeframe and helping to generate more 4- and 5-star reviews for the brand.
The Results Are In
The client partnered with Rize in November 2020, with an average rating of 3.0 stars. Within the first four months of our partnership, we were able to increase this aggregate rating to 4.6 stars and bring in 65 new reviews.
