The company leadership approached the Rize team to increase the amount of 5-star reviews across locations in a short period. To make this possible, we’ve launched a new SMS and email campaign with incentive messaging and sent the first messages in November 2021.
In the previous months, the company had only 172 reviews and an average of 2 out of 5 stars. Our efforts have dramatically increased the client's positive reviews and star ratings within only 4 months of implementing the new strategy.
Rize Reviews also prepares weekly reports with a list of all the customers who should receive the incentive. This allows the client to credit the customers within 7-10 days.
