Rize Reviews started working with Allstate Construction Roofing in June 2020. One month later, we partnered with Allstate’s sister company, Colonial Contracting. In less than a year, Rize helped Allstate and Colonial increase their overall review volume by 26 and 22, respectively, improve engagement with reviewers and boost both companies’ local SEO and online visibility with optimized Google My Business (GMB) profiles.

Project Overview

Allstate Construction Roofing approached Rize Reviews in June 2020, seeking a solution for effective review generation and review monitoring. In July 2020, Rize began working with Allstate’s sister company, Colonial Contracting, providing the same services. After delivering successful results and encouraging an influx of new reviews, both companies collectively decided to add review response as a service from Rize.

The Results Are In

In June and July 2020, the Rize team took on the responsibility of handling all incoming review responses from customers of Allstate and Colonial, allowing the respective teams the time and capacity to generate more leads for their businesses. With our focus on Google and Yelp, where most of their customers leave reviews, we have helped both Allstate and Colonial improve their overall review volume (26 new reviews for Allstate; 22 new reviews for Colonial) and engagement with reviewers.

Rize has managed to boost each company’s local SEO and online visibility with optimized GMB profiles. Rather than issuing a one-size-fits-all generic reply, we consult with Allstate’s and Colonial’s customer service representatives before issuing responses, so each reply offers a unique solution that tackles the specific concern.

The Rize team also disputes false feedback left on review platforms by mistaken reviewers outside their service areas. In some instances, customers have updated their negative reviews to reflect a positive follow-up experience. This is a result of our responses and escalation of the customer engagement, as well as the excellent customer service offered internally by each of the teams.

Allstate comprises a friendly team of customer service representatives and skilled contractors who prioritize thorough, full-cycle communication with their clients.

Colonial Contracting, sister company to Allstate Construction Roofing, has been in business since 1997, providing local home improvement contract services in the Northern Virginia area. The business works closely with insurance companies to ensure a smooth process throughout each project.

A telecommunication service provider serving more than 10 locations in the United States partnered with Rize Reviews to manage its review generation, review monitoring, review response and overall reputation management strategy.

To improve its review scores on Google Business Profile across various locations, we advised the client to offer a small incentive and designed a new SMS and email campaign with this incentive messaging. After only 4 months of this new messaging strategy, Rize added 856 new reviews with an average star rating of 4.6.

The company leadership approached the Rize team to increase the amount of 5-star reviews across locations in a short period. To make this possible, we’ve launched a new SMS and email campaign with incentive messaging and sent the first messages in November 2021.

In the previous months, the company had only 172 reviews and an average of 2 out of 5 stars. Our efforts have dramatically increased the client's positive reviews and star ratings within only 4 months of implementing the new strategy.

Rize Reviews also prepares weekly reports with a list of all the customers who should receive the incentive. This allows the client to credit the customers within 7-10 days. In addition, our reputation managers have fully automated the email and SMS request process to eliminate any manual work. This fully managed service saves the client dozens of hours of sending review requests, monitoring and reporting.

Project Overview

The client approached Rize Reviews because of a huge lack of review data regarding its British eCommerce products. To help the company gain a better understanding of its product performance and consumer response across channels, we scraped the web and created an easy-to-navigate dashboard, which provides detailed information about its product review score and volume. The dashboard allows the client to access review data per retailer, brand, manufacturer and product.

Rize’s product review report shows 93.6 percent of Paramount’s reviews come from Amazon. The client also has an average review rating of 4.63 and an average review volume of 300.
