The client reached out to Rize with an overloaded marketing team that, among other tasks, was bearing the administrative burden of responding to a high volume of reviews from thousands of customers. The client needed a reputation management partner to help set up automated review generation and a full-service review response solution for its Google and Consumer Affairs reviews. Rize Reviews was tasked with responding to all incoming reviews within a 24-hour timeframe and helping to generate more 4- and 5-star reviews for the brand.

The Results Are In

The client partnered with Rize in November 2020, with an average rating of 3.0 stars. Within the first four months of our partnership, we were able to increase this aggregate rating to 4.6 stars and bring in 65 new reviews. Through API-based integration with the client’s customer relationship management (CRM) and customized outreach templates, Rize was able to target customers for reviews at their peak happiness point – depending on the length of their claim process, claim date and other factors – to get feedback from them at the most optimal time.
